Open Trip is a shared Trip with other people in group who may not know each other with the same destination, and only available in certain days/dates, and certain boat

Private Trip is a private holiday with your own group/colleagues. You can Choose boats and dates as your needs, as your wish. we will try to adjust and accommodate all your needs.

  • If a cancellation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged with the following conditions:
    • After registering: the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)
    • 30-15 days before the date of departure: 75% of the cost of the tour package
    • Less than 15 days before the approval date: 100% Of the tour package fee
  • Cancellation fees also apply to participants who change the departure date or change the tour package/tour type.
  • If the cancellation occurs because Of force majeure 'forced/unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism, and others. Therefore, the refund will follow the policies from the airline, hotel, transportation and all parties related to the tour.

Change / Addition (Deviation)

  • Request of change or extension to tour schedules / additional travel outside the of travel route originally in the tour package, can be done depending on the ticket availability, accommodation and transportation.
  • Deviation fees will be applied according to the rates specified by the airline, hotel, transportation, etc.
  • Additional fees required in the deviation will be fully charged to the participants.
  • Deviation which shortens the tour schedule, will not be the cost reduction from the original cost of the package.

East Indonesia Trip is not responsible and cannot be sued for:

  • Delay or cancellation of visit schedules and all events that occur beyond the control of the East Indonesia Trip.
  • Loss cost for delays caused by participants.
  • Loss of personal belongings (luggage, cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.), deposited goods at the airport or at the hotel.
  • Loss of tourist equipment by participants, the cost of replacing tourist equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
  • damage, loss, and delay of baggage from the airline, hotels, and other transportation equipment.
  • Negligence of participants who experience personal injury or death.
  • Leave the participant due to illness or accident during the tour.
  • If there is a service in a tour package that is not used by participants for any reason. In this package, there is no additional tour package fee.
  • Changes or reduced events that occur due to force majeure/forced/unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism and others. Changes are made for the sake Of the smooth travel and security Of participants. In this package there is no additional tour package fee.

East Indonesia Trip has the right to:

  • Ask participant to leave the group, if the participant tries to make a riot / chaos towards the group or other participants and considered to harm the visited places.
  • East Indonesia Trip has the right to charge the difference in package costs and others (if there is an increase in the cost of a tour package, airport tax. etc.).
  • East Indonesia Trip has the right to charge additional fees if there is a request for service support by participants.
