Every Participants should bring their personal equipment such us:

Terms & Conditions
Registration & Payment
- Once you book the trip, we assume you already understand our policy.
- Registration is done by paying a down payment minimal 30% of the total cost.
- The rest of payment of tour package fees can be made no later thank 14 days before the trip.
- Down payment can not to be returned (non refundable), (no Cancelation)
- Did not receive payment on the spot.
- Registration that is done less than 14 days before the date received, must be paid in full.
- Registration without down payment can be cancelled without prior notice for participants.
Cancelation
- If a cancelation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancelation fee will be charged with the following conditions:
- After registering: the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)
- 30-15 days before trip : 75% of the cost of the tour package
- Less than 15 days before the approval date : 100% of the tour package fee
- Cancelation fee also apply to participants who change the departure date or change the tour package.
- If the cancelation occurs because of force majure / forced / unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots
- terrorism, pandemic and others. Therefore, the refund will follow the politics from the airline, hotel, transportation and all parties related to the tour.
- Unilateral cancellation on the D-7 trip with full payment will be rescheduled. Unilateral cancellation includes evidence of such information (if sick: medical certificate; flight cancel; etc.)
Kia Kia Tour Is Not Responsible and Can Not be Used For
- Delay or cancellation of visit schedule and all events that occur bayound the control of Dinara.
- Loss cost for delays caused by participants.
- Loss personal belongings (luggage, cameras, bags, jewellery, etc).
- Loss of tourist equipment by participants, the cost of replacing tourist equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
- Accident, damage, loss and delay of baggage from the airline, hotel and other transport equipment.
- Negligence of participants who experience personal injury or death.
- Leave the participant due to illness or accident during the tour
- If there is a service in tour package that is not used by participants for any reason, in the package there is no
- additional tour package fee.
- Changes or reduced events that occur due to force majeure / forced / unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism, pandemic and others. Changes are made for the sake of the smooth travel and security of participants. in this package there is no additional tour package fee.
- Package price are including travel insurance for cover death accident or medical injuries during sailing trip. This insurance NOT cover the electronics or other belongings of each passengers. Insurance Does no cover electronics or other items belongings to passenger.
Kia Kia Tour Has The Right To
- Ask participant to leave the group, if the participant try to make a riot / chaos towards the group or others participants and considered to harm the visited places.
- Has the right to charge the difference in package costs and others (if there is an increase in the cost of a tour package, airport tax, etc)
- Has the right to charge additional fees, if there is a request for service support by participants.
